“As a Mental Health Counselor in training and current Substance Abuse Counselor, I recognized the need for people to be heard, for people to have an outlet for relief. I have had things that I have held in that have damaged me mentally and emotionally to the point of wanting to die. The only difference between my life and others is that I had a family that was there for me.

A lot of people are not as fortunate as I am to have concerned family members. Sometimes, I feel that people just need a listening ear. Listening may just help save someone’s life or inch someone away from the edge. That’s why I decided to birth My CPR Lifeline. This company represents hope, compassion, and love. I will continue to pursue my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health in hopes of having my own practice. In the meantime, I can be providing an outlet for emotional release.”
